guess the local ATMS must b overworked.

the 2 at OCBC stated that they had already dispensed the $ out but in actual fact..... they didn't
while the one at POSB initially 'spat' the money out but b4 the guy could take his bills, the machine 'swallowed' it back again.

so i decided not to try my luck in withdrawing some ka-ching out.
