today we made steak
1 min each side in the wok.
n another 5 mins in a 250deg oven.
we took it out,
only to find that it had been overcooked.
(we wanted medium rare, not well done).
i thought that would b the end of our dinner.
but i guess, when dinner is cooked by your lover,
it's all good.

ps: it was super j-u-i-c-y.
im craving for steak again.

i've just calculated, i give 31.5 hours of tuition each wk.
oops, scrape that, one student has politely turned down my services. her mom has decided to cut costs n send her for grp tuition. (is $20 an hr for coaching a pri sch kid too high a price to demand?)
so i'm now clocking in 30 hrs.
