'sigh, i knew i shouldn't have chased her out for sleeping like a bulldozer. i hope she comes back b4 the sun sets. i'm afraid of the dark. i don't wanna b alone.'

fucking kids.
bloody parents.
i've just texted both the parents n kid that due to their constant concellation of lessons (just a few hrs b4 lessons.) n a refusal to find an alternative time n date, ive shrugged off the responsibility of ensuring that their kid passes her exams.
i do not perform miracles.
(i do, but i shant, for this kid, at least.)
friday was a l-o-n-g day.
0600hrs -- wake up.
0700hrs -- met jo for breakfast.
0800hrs -- bus. (frequency of service 138 is between 2 - 20 mins)
0830hrs -- buy tix to zoo. ($14 for adults. but a discount of $7 will b given if u buy tix to both the zoo n the night safari.)
0900hrs -- ele bathing n feeding. (each ele eats 40kg of fruits every day. healthy living.)
1000hrs -- polar bear feeding. (polar bears have black skin)
1100hrs -- ele painting. (in the wild, they earn their keep by pulling logs. here, they r artists. each painting is going for $10.)
1200hrs -- dancing ele.
1245hrs -- children's zoo. (we touched a horse, a donkey, a sheep n a rat)
1330hrs -- insect kindgom. (we saw 3 pretty pink bugs stacked on top of each other having sex. they were moving far too fast for me to take a decent photo.)
1415hrs -- cat kingdom. (a tiger can jump up to 10m.)
1430hrs -- sea lion show.
1530hrs -- ben n jerry's ice cream.
1545hrs -- joraffe. (we spent the whole day searching for them. apparently we walked past their enclosure earlier during the day. we must b blind, they r the world's tallest animals.)
1600hrs -- jaguar. (arrived 15 mins too late for their feeding session.)
1700hrs -- left the zoo. (dead tired.)
2000hrs -- the busker's opera. (kallang theatre)
2300hrs -- TNS bump in at esplanade. (jo's crewing. though her duties then consisted entirely of ironing their clothes.)
2400hrs -- supper at gutton square.
0100hrs -- home!
