while walking along orchard mrt station, a man n his female colleague, each holding a folder, came up to flojo. 'miss, can i have a minute?' 'im not trying to sell anything.' (we ignored him n carried on walking.) 'miss?' ' pls?' 'a min?' 'im really not selling u anything.' . . . (that went on for quite some time.) 'oh god.' with that, he left. -- strange man. if i was him, i would have def whacked. aft the 2nd line, at least. 'free ipod!' (just like the singtel guys) or 'its for charity!' (like the 34584324 other kiddos selling charity tix.) -- or perhaps, with 'oh god', he was able to draw in more customers/clients/respondents. -- n yeah, i mistakingly bought a french cd. as to how it happened, it was all jo's fault. she placed the cd in my hands n how could i refuse the fat hippo? (the cartoon, not jo)
